Below is a list of several frequently asked questions. If for some reason you haven’t found the answer to your question, please give us a call (305) 499-9816 or contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

1. What is your minimum order?

We do not require a minimum order. We cater to businesses of all sizes, so order to your heart's content!

2. What do I do if I want to order in bulk?

At kgint.com, direct buying in larger quantities is easy, as most of our products are already sold by bulk. If you are looking to purchase a large quantity, please contact our super-friendly packaging experts for assistance by contacting us. We may be able to offer better pricing, options or delivery method than listed on our website.

3. How do I find a lid or closure that fits my bottle?

Here at KGI, we have access to more options of products than what we offer on our website. If you are having trouble finding the right fit, please contact us or give us a call so one of our experts can help. All of our closures include product descriptions with neck finish sizes. You can browse our catalog and use our filtering feature to see what closures match your desired size.

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can buy in complete confidence in our secure online shopping environment.

5. When will my order ship?

We will do our best to ship all in-stock items by the next business day following the original date of purchase.

Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed an invoice with your tracking number and estimated ship time.

If you would like to know what our current processing time is, please contact our customer service department by contacting us. Please note that K.G. International and most major freight carriers are closed on weekends (and on most major holidays) so we urge you to order early.

6. How will my order ship?

Standard parcel shipments will ship via FedEx Ground. For shipments that require a pallet, we offer an LTL/Freight option. Please note that most carriers do not deliver on weekends or major holidays. See our Terms of Sale for shipping conditions.

7. How do I get a quote for Product and Shipping

Every product has an “Add to Quote” button. Once your have added all of your desired items, you can send in your quote by selecting the user menu at the top right of the website, and select quotes. You can then review your list and click submit when you are ready. Please call (305) 499-9816 for a freight quote through an LTL company.

8. How can I check the status of my order?

The easiest way to check the status of your order is by looking for the tracking code contained in the Order Receipt email we sent you after completing your order. You can also always call (305) 499-9816 or contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

9. How long will it take me to receive my order?

Once shipping has been confirmed, all orders ship within 24 hours-48 hours (excluding weekends). You can check the status of your order anytime through your customer portal tracking number. An email will be sent to the provided email address once your order has shipped.

10. Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

We do offer will call services at our Doral Location in Miami, Florida. Our warehouse Will Call hours are 8am-4pm EST M-F. Please note the warehouse is closed for most federal holidays.

Once your order is ready for pickup our customer service team will email you a confirmation and the order’s dimensions.

11. How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with the shipment tracking number so you can track your package. You can also always call (305) 499-9816 or contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

12. Do I pay sales tax?

Depending on your location and whether you have a resale tax certificate, sales tax may be applied to an order or omitted.

13. How can I cancel or return my order?

To cancel your order, please call (305) 499-9816 or contact us and be sure to include your order number. Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If a shipped order is no longer wanted, you are more than welcome to return it to us (see our Return Policy).
